RoadRunner is a discontinued internet service provider that was acquired by Spectrum in 2016. However, if you still have a RoadRunner email account, you can still set it up on your Mac.

Here are the steps on how to do it:
Open the Mail app on your Mac.
Click on the Mail menu and select Preferences.
Click on the Accounts tab.
Click on the + button to create a new account.
Select Mail from the list of account types.
Enter your RoadRunner email address and password.
Select IMAP as the account type.
Enter the following server settings:
Incoming Mail Server: mail.twc.com
Incoming Mail Port: 993
Incoming Mail Security: SSL/TLS
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.twc.com
Outgoing Mail Port: 587
Outgoing Mail Security: STARTTLS
9. Click on Create.
Your RoadRunner email account should now be set up on your Mac. You can start sending and receiving emails.
Here are some additional tips for setting up RoadRunner email on your Mac:
If you have trouble setting up your account, you can try using the Mailbird app. Mailbird is a third-party email client that can help you set up RoadRunner email on your Mac.
If you are using a different email client, you can find the RoadRunner email server settings on the Spectrum website.
If you have any questions, you can contact Spectrum customer support for help.
I hope this helps!
